Our marketing managers are primarily in charge of email outreach to share our content and to build links to improve our SEO. They research our competitors and potential linking audiences, design our email campaigns, write email templates, and send emails with the support of outreach specialists to hit our goals. They also write press releases, pitch stories to media outlets, and manage our social media presence and paid advertising accounts.


A great marketing manager at our company will also have a passion for data, be able to analyze our metrics to suggest improvements to our strategy, discover optimizations for our marketing materials, and find new opportunities for link building.


Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Create and manage email campaigns, including sending emails with high attention to detail and great customer service
  • Write press releases, make phone calls, pitch articles, and otherwise communicate the value of our products to relevant audiences
  • Manage our social media presence, including creating and managing a social media calendar
  • Analyze marketing metrics to understand and optimize email campaigns (e.g. open rate, click through rate, response rate)
  • Provide feedback and ideas for content in order to optimize it for promotions
  • Use competitive research and audience research to discover new marketing opportunities
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ads


  • Bachelor's degree or higher: new and upcoming graduates with a stellar academic background, demonstrated work ethic, and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply
  • 1-2 years work or academic experience in an environment that required creative problem solving
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Superb oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational/project management skills
  • Strong technical aptitude, demonstrated by proficiency in some technical skill (preferably related to web content/programming or data analysis), with a desire to expand technical skills
