Our Director of Marketing & Communication will lead a team of Marketing Managers and Outreach Specialists to successfully promote and create brand awareness of our media properties. An ideal candidate will have led a marketing team to a successful brand creation of a web property. This position will report to the CEO.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage a team of Marketing Managers and Outreach Managers
  • Develop and distribute communication material to target audiences including email and social media
  • Create and execute company’s branding strategy
  • Execute the organization’s PR Strategy and coordinate with external partners
  • Be the voice of the company’s brand messaging
  • Help shape company’s overall business strategy


  • BA/BS Degree
  • 10+ years product marketing and leadership experience
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring marketing team
  • Proven track record of creating brand awareness of consumer media products
